Our Story
Built on Craft.
Driven by Vision.
Boutique Building. Personal Oversight. Lasting Results.
Gelcor Luxury Homes is a boutique builder building custom homes across the Okanagan. Our team brings decades of experience, leading each build from foundation to final finish. We build homes that reflect each client's vision with personal oversight and craftsmanship built to last.
At Gelcor Luxury Homes, we believe that exceptional craftsmanship begins with attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right. Every home we build is a collaborative effort, bringing together founder Steven Gelineau, an experienced project manager, skilled carpenters, and trusted tradespeople.
We take a hands-on approach through every stage of construction, from the foundation to the finest finishing details. Our commitment to precision, quality, and professionalism ensures that every element of your home is thoughtfully considered and carefully executed.
What We Stand For
Our Values
Craftsmanship First
We hold every detail to the highest standard — from structural engineering to the final coat of paint. Quality is not a feature; it is our foundation.
Client-Centred
Your vision drives every decision. We listen carefully, communicate clearly, and build collaboratively — so the finished home is unmistakably yours.
Okanagan Roots
We are proud to build across the Okanagan. We understand the landscape, the climate, and the communities we serve — and we build homes that belong here.
Hands-On Leadership
Founder Steven Gelineau is personally involved in every build. That direct oversight means nothing falls through the cracks — from the first pour to the final finish.
